Corporate and Insolvency Law Policy Directorate — Corporate Not-For-Profit Law: Includes a handbook for directors and officers of not-for-profit corporations providing information on their duties, rights and liabilities.
Contributions Program for Non-Profit Consumer and Voluntary Organizations: Provides consumer and voluntary organizations with the means to produce high-quality and timely research on consumer issues affecting the marketplace.
Corporations Canada — Not-for-Profit Organizations: Provides information about incorporating not-for-profit organizations, amending general by-laws, applying for supplementary letters patent, changing the location of the head office, applying to surrender a charter, and dissolving a not-for-profit organization.
Marquee Tourism Events Program (MTEP): Provides $100 million over two years to help established marquee tourism events to enhance their offerings and to deliver world-class programs and experiences.

Canada Foundation for Innovation: Funds research infrastructure in Canada, in particular in the academic, health care and non-profit sectors.
