The terms and conditions of the Technology Partnerships Canada program expired on December 31, 2006.
The terms and conditions of the Hydrogen Early Adopters program expired on March 31, 2008.
No new projects will be contracted, but all existing contracted projects will continue, managed through the Industrial Technologies Office.

Legacy R&D Programs
The Industrial Technologies Office (ITO) also manages legacy projects previously contracted through Technology Partnerships Canada (TPC). ITO continues to administer these projects to the highest levels of accountability and transparency.
While financial contributions are no longer available, ITO continues to monitor projects contracted under TPC R&D programs and the Hydrogen Early Adopters program, and publishes regular updates on funding repayments resulting from these investments.
